2003

Company creation
Fabrice Chevrier founded Les Cuvées Vosgiennes in La Bresse. Development of the first aperitifs: rhubarb, dandelion, elderflower, blueberry-raspberry, redcurrant, etc.

The turning point
Fabrice fell in love with hay ice cream when he tasted it in a gourmet restaurant. This gave him the idea and desire to create a hay-based aperitif. His first attempts were not conclusive, but he persisted…

2010

Le Foin®
After two years of research and development, Le Foin® is finally launched. The Le Foin® brand is registered, success is assured, and the company is set for rapid growth.

Change of location
Fabrice is having a chalet built in La Bresse to expand the workshop and production capacity. A 100 m² shop adjoining the workshop is opening at the same time to accommodate an ever-growing customer base.
