Cuvée FLEURS DE SUREAU is vinified from a decoction of wild Elder flowers harvested in the mountains.

The result is a fruity demi-sec with a floral bouquet and aromas of lychee, mango and muscatel.

It is best enjoyed chilled (6°-10°C) and will keep for around 5 years in a cellar away from light, and for over 1 month in the fridge after opening.

Handcrafted in the Vosges at La Bresse, France.

Appearance: Pale yellow with golden highlights.
Nose: Intense floral bouquet with notes of lychee, mango and muscat.
Palate: Sweet, fruity attack, balanced flavors between exotic fruit sweetness and light acidity, offering a long, aromatic finish.

Extraordinary as an aperitif with fruit brochettes (melon, pineapple, watermelon, grapes, apple) or with dried tomato tapenade toast. It can even be enjoyed with dark chocolate desserts.
