Crafted with care, this unique aperitif draws its inspiration from the Vosges landscapes.
The hay is harvested in the mountains at 750 meters altitude on beautiful sunny days.
This well-dried hay is infused in boiling water, enriched with sugar and lemon juice, then fermented to reach 12% alcohol, similar to a white wine.
After aging for two months, the aperitif reveals subtle aromas of fresh hay, mingled with fruity notes of quince, apple, and pear, with soft hints of honey and cinnamon.
Ingredients:
Mountain hay, water, sugar, lemon juice.
Origin:
Handcrafted in the Vosges, in La Bresse, France.
Allergens:
Contains sulfites.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with hard cheeses (such as Comté or mountain Tomme), fruit-based desserts, and pan-seared or toast-served foie gras.
Shipping within 5 working days depending on stock availability.
