Cuvée MIRABELLE is made from a mirabelle plum nectar. The result is a mellow, fruity wine with aromas of mirabelle plum and honey. It is best enjoyed chilled (6°-10°C) and will keep for around 5 years in a cellar away from light, and for over 1 month in the fridge after opening.

Handcrafted in the Vosges at La Bresse, France.

• Robe: Bright golden yellow.
• Nose: Intense aromas of ripe mirabelle plums, accompanied by subtle notes of honey.
• Palate: Sweet, fruity attack, balanced flavors of mirabelle plum sweetness and light acidity, with a long, aromatic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes well with :

• Foie gras toast.
• Goat’s cheese.
• Dried fruit.
• Desserts such as orchard fruit tarts (apple, pear, quetsche).
